Shipping costs & delivery estimates
Each shirt is printed after you order. Allow approximately 2–7 business days for production, plus transit time. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after production; Economy, when offered, typically takes 4–8 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Busy periods, destinations, and carrier delays can affect delivery.
Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping is not included in the displayed shirt price. Items may ship separately. Use your shipping confirmation email to track your package.
Damaged shirts, misprints & order problems
Email hello@jillsnotebookministry.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the shirt and the problem. Report damage, defects, or manufacturing errors within 30 days of delivery so we can help arrange a review with Printify. Eligible problems qualify for a free reprint or refund under Printify’s policy.
We will help coordinate your request with Printify, which provides fulfillment support for our Pop-Up Store orders. Please contact us by email before sending any item back; do not mail shirts to a ministry or personal address.
Returns, exchanges & choosing your size
Every shirt is made to order, so returns and exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size, or an incorrect color selection are not supported. Check the garment measurements in the size chart before ordering. This does not affect the damaged or defective item process above.
